Since we all know, it’s a difficult time for all of us. Staying at home has more sedentary life style, harmful for physical and mental health. So here are few fitness tips to boost your physical and mental health.
Fitness Tips
– Engage yourself in more physical activities and work at home by which there will be maximum body movements, for example cleaning, swiping mopping, gardening, housekeeping etc.
– During work from home, maintain good posture while sitting and stretch yourself by getting up from chair.
– Do not sit in one position for long hours, it causes back pain.
– Fix the eating time, avoid overeating.
– Eat healthy food to boost immunity.
– Do lot of Deep Breathing Exercises to maintain good lung function.
– Strengthen back and spinal muscles to avoid postural problems.
– Practice some meditation and relaxation techniques every day.
