She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from the University of Delhi and a Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) from the Indian Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar. She is also certified in Sports Physiotherapy & Sports Rehabilitation, and has advanced training in manual therapy, myofascial release, vestibular rehabilitation, electrotherapy, taping, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation), and therapeutic exercise.
