This website is operated by Al Diyafa Medical Group, a healthcare group licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) operating two medical clinics (Al Diyafa Modern Medical Centre, Jumeirah-1; Optimum Medical Centre, JLT) and a diagnostic centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. MOH License #3QTMY66N-050825.

What this website is for

This website provides general information about our clinics, doctors, services, and health topics. It also lets you book or request appointments. It is not a substitute for medical advice. Every clinical recommendation comes from a DHA-licensed clinician during a consultation, not from a webpage.

Health articles

Our blog (“Health articles”) publishes general patient-education content reviewed by Dr. Atul Kumar and the Al Diyafa clinical team. These articles describe common conditions, when to see a doctor, and what to expect from common procedures. They are intentionally written in plain English and reviewed every 12 months. Don’t use them to self-diagnose or self-treat. If you have symptoms that worry you, book an appointment.

Booking requests

When you submit the booking form on this website, you are sending us a request, not a confirmed appointment. A receptionist confirms the exact slot by WhatsApp, phone, or email — usually within 10 minutes during clinic hours, and within one working day otherwise. No slot is locked on the calendar until we confirm. Booking-request information is governed by our privacy policy.

Emergency situations

Al Diyafa is a clinic group, not an emergency department. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, sudden weakness or speech changes, severe burns, or any other potentially life-threatening symptom, call 999 or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency department.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date. Doctor schedules, opening hours, accepted insurance networks, and service availability can change without notice — please call or WhatsApp the clinic to confirm before relying on any specific detail (especially for time-sensitive bookings). We accept no liability for losses arising from outdated information; we’ll always correct it as soon as we’re notified.

Insurance

The list of accepted insurance networks shown on the website is current at the time of publication. Network agreements change. Always bring your card to your appointment — our receptionist confirms coverage and handles pre-approval on-site.

Intellectual property

All content on aldiyafaclinic.com — text, photos, illustrations, the Al Diyafa logo and ADMMC logo — is the property of Al Diyafa Medical Group or used under licence. You may share links to articles freely. You may not copy our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Doctor portraits are used with each clinician’s consent.

External links

The website occasionally links to external sources (e.g. UAE government health resources, peer-reviewed studies, manufacturer information). We are not responsible for the content of external websites.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Al Diyafa Medical Group will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, including loss of data, lost time, or missed appointments due to technical issues. Direct medical care is governed by separate clinical agreements signed at the clinic.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when we add new website features (for example, online payments) or when UAE law changes. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated terms. The “Last reviewed” date at the top of this page tells you when it was last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from website use is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
