About Vinayata Patel

Vinayata Patel is an experienced physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical and on-field expertise in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. She holds a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy and is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

Vinayata has worked with national and international sports teams, including the Indian Badminton Junior Team and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). She is currently part of the team at Abu Dhabi Country Club, where she treats athletes and clients across a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, and sports-related conditions.

Her approach combines evidence-based treatment with advanced techniques such as manual therapy, cupping, IASTM, neuro dry needling, and blood flow restriction training. Vinayata is committed to helping patients recover faster, move better, and achieve long-term goals.
