Is insurance accepted?

Yes — we have direct billing arrangements with 19 insurance networks including ADNIC, AXA Gulf, MetLife ALICO, Daman, Aetna, NextCare, NAS, MedNet, and more. Bring your card and our receptionist handles pre-approval on-site.

How long is a typical consultation?

First consultations typically run 30–45 minutes; follow-ups are usually 15–20 minutes. Length depends on the complexity of your case.

What languages do your team speak?

Our doctors and staff collectively speak English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, and Tagalog. When booking, let us know your preferred language and we'll match you with the right doctor.

Can I get test results sent to me directly?

Yes — lab and diagnostic results are delivered via WhatsApp, email, or your preferred communication method, typically within 24 hours.
